Verify Eligibility
Ensure your game is in its original factory shrink-wrap and the box is undamaged, as we can only accept returns for items in brand-new, resellable condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
